Neurofeedback

  • Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, drug-free method to help your brain function at its best. It’s like exercise for your brain, using real-time feedback to teach your brain how to self-regulate, and may lead to better focus, sleep, mood, and more.

  • Neurofeedback is used to support people dealing with:

    • stress and anxiety

    • ADHD and focus issues

    • sleep problems

    • chronic fatigue

    • mood swings or irritability

    • brain fog

    • trauma recovery

    • peak performance (athletes, students, and professionals)

    1. Initial Brain Map: A painless EEG scan records your brainwave activity to see how your brain is functioning.

    2. Personalized Training Plan: Based on your brain map, your assessment, and your goals, we create a customized neurofeedback plan.

    3. Brain Training Sessions: While you watch a movie or listen to music, your brain receives real-time feedback through sounds and visuals. When your brain behaves in a more balanced way, the movie plays normally, rewarding healthier patterns.

    4. Progress Over Time: Changes may be long-lasting, as your brain learns new, better habits.

We are excited to begin offering Neurofeedback in addition to our counseling services!

Turning Point Counseling is an association of practitioners connected through shared office policies and facilities. We provide collegial support for each other but do not provide supervision over one another’s clinical practices. We each hold individual practice names and are legally independent, private practitioners and therefore do not assume responsibility for other member’s clinical work or business practices. We hold business associate agreements with one another to protect client confidentiality. Turning Point Counseling is not a legal entity, but a name to show our connection to a shared location.
